If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a refund, subject to the following terms.

Return of Merchandise Purchased Online

Select merchandise will be accompanied with a tag that must stay attached in order to return the item.

To receive your refund to your original payment method, your online return must be initiated within 15 days of the order shipment date. After 15 days of your order shipment date, the only option for refund will be offered in the form of an e-gift card, sent to the email address used on the order.

• If an invoice was not included in your package please print your order confirmation email that was sent to you at order placement and include it in the return package.

To return your merchandise without initiating the return online, please send the merchandise back to us at the we. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent back to us by your own return carrier must be received and processed at our Distribution Center within 60 days of the order shipment date to receive a refund to your original payment method.

Important Return Information

If you return any resaleable merchandise to us within 15 days of shipment, along with a copy of the original invoice, we will refund your original form of payment. If your return is received and processed by our fulfillment center more than 15 days after the order was shipped, we will process your refund as an eGift Card.
